Platform use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use Property Hub only for lawful property-related activity.

Listings

Listings may be reviewed, suspended or removed when they are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Payments

Online payment functionality is available only when enabled by the administrator and configured with an approved payment provider. A pending record is not proof of settlement.

Security

Attempts to bypass access controls, upload malicious files, scrape protected information or interfere with availability are prohibited.
