Property Hub collects account, property, tenancy, identity-verification and transaction information only for defined platform functions.

Identity documents

NRC images are stored outside the public web directory and may be retrieved only by the document owner or an authorised administrator.

Security

Passwords are hashed, API tokens are stored as hashes, sensitive gateway credentials are encrypted, and critical access is logged.

Retention

Records are retained according to legal, contractual and operational requirements. Users may contact the platform regarding lawful access or correction requests.
