ApropHub respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal information collected through the ApropHub application and website.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, how long we retain it and how users may request access, correction or deletion.

ApropHub collects personal information reasonably necessary to create, maintain, secure and support user accounts.

Used for registration, authentication, account recovery, security and support.
Used for account identification, communication, verification and account security.

- Authenticating and identifying users.
- Protecting accounts from unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Data Retention
ApropHub retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account security, resolve legitimate disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
When an account is permanently deleted, associated personal information will be deleted unless limited retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
7. Account and Data Deletion
ApropHub users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting ApropHub Support by email.

Send an account deletion request to support@aprophub.com from the email address associated with your ApropHub account whenever possible.
In your request, state that you want your ApropHub account permanently deleted and include enough account information for us to verify that the request belongs to you. Never send your password.
After verification, ApropHub will process the deletion request and delete the account and associated personal information, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons.

9. App Permissions
Where an ApropHub feature requires an Android permission, the application will request that permission when necessary. Users may deny or revoke permissions through their device settings.
Some features may not function correctly if a permission required for that feature is disabled.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ApropHub functionality, security practices, legal requirements or data-handling practices change. Material changes will be published on the official ApropHub website with a revised effective date.
